The location was extraordinary! Close to subway, cultural places, restaurants, and supermarkets. Owners were responsive and helpful. Excellent amenities, including AC and WiFi. Safe area.

It offers GREAT prices. In our opinion, it’s a perfect place for traveling to Rome. If you are looking for magnificent location, the venue is 15 minutes walk from Roman Forum. Great restaurants nearby.

I recently stayed at Urbana Colosseo Boutique in the heart of Rome for 5 nights. The apartment was a gem, with a great location just across from Cavour metro station. It was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Carol and Matteo, the owners, were incredibly nice and always ready to help. The apartment was within walking distance of all the attractions, including the Colosseum, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. a fantastic experience!
Would recommend this hotel.

The location is absolutely amazing, with a subway station, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. The apartment is newly fitted out and has a good kitchen and comfortable bed. It's surprisingly quiet at night and the owners were very helpful in allowing us to store our bags before check-in. Check-in was simple and the apartment was clean and tidy, with a nice bathroom and kitchen.

The apartment was just perfect for our family. It had a fully equipped kitchen where we could prepare meals together. The flat-screen TV with cable channels kept our little ones entertained during downtime. The private bathroom was clean and had all the necessary toiletries, making our stay comfortable. It was great to have a balcony with city views. We loved enjoying our morning coffee outdoors. The apartment had air conditioning, which was a relief during the hot summer days. The washing machine, stovetop, and microwave were convenient additions to the apartment. We appreciated the amenities in the fully equipped kitchen, including a stovetop, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
Personally, we found the bidet in the bathroom unnecessary. However, others may still find it useful.

The Urbana Colosseo Boutique Apartment was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Monti and just across from Cavour station. It made it incredibly convenient to explore Rome and get to other areas of the city. The apartment itself was great - clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for our week-long stay. The added bonus of the outside terrace was wonderful. The owner was also very lovely and provided all the necessary information for a smooth check-in. If I ever visit Rome again, I would definitely choose to stay here. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment had a good location, close to major attractions and with plenty of restaurants nearby. It was also surprisingly quiet at night, which allowed for a good night's sleep. The hosts were helpful and accommodating, allowing us to leave our baggage before check-in.
There were several negative aspects to our stay. the apartment was not non-smoking, so the bedroom area had a strong smoke smell.
